Vishwanatha Ganiga was born on 9 Jan 1991 in Kundapur,Udupi,He got his school education at Bellary. and completed his bachelor's degree in Bhandarkars Arts and Science College and He got his Masters from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College which comes under the Jain University Bangalore.
Powerlifting career
Vishwanatha Ganiga, on international competitive debut in the discipline, won 1 Silver and 3 Bronze Medals in Asian Classic Powerlifting championship on 27 December 2012 in Coimbatore,India. He won Jerai Strong Man of India Title in 2016 and 2017 Continuously.
