The roads to Fulgazi are not of very good condition. The residents of Fulgazi have access to utilities such as mobile telecommunication, water, gas and electricity. Tourist services remains minimal, but since the roads are in good condition, people from around the world have access to Fulgazi by car from Dhaka and Chittagong. There were no hotels in Fulgazi. There are only a handful of local restaurants. Bricks, agricultural products, rice & fisheries are main export products in Fulgazi. Fulgazi also has banks, number of maternity clinics and schools.

Fulgazi has people from all faiths. The majority is Muslim and some Hindus & Buddhists. There were numbers of mosques and temples in Fulgazi.

Fulgazi, or Phulgazi,[1] is a municipal sub-district of the Feni District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is situated in the northern part of Feni. Natural beauty of this area is amazing. The rivers Muhuri, Selonia, and Kahuya increase its importance. Fulgazi is approximately 130 kilometres from the capital, Dhaka. The place earned its reputation as an 'Upazila,' or translated to English as municipal sub-district on the year 2002. The administrative offices of the Fulgazi sub district is run by a sub-district Chairman.
