I was planning to undo the revert and remove the warning on this anonymous users page, but I thought I should check with you first. Is there some specific concern here?[[User:Wolfkeeper|WolfKeeper]] 17:15, 27 September 2006 (UTC) |

Re: speedy tag on Talk:Imre Kertész
I am not sure what happened. I got to the article page via a list of wikify tagged articles. When I arrived, there was nothing on the page, but then I saw the talk page full of info and thought it got missed in a deletion process somewhere. I followed the link you provided in your edit and it came back to the same missing article page as before. I had to use the purge feature on the page and the text came up. I have never had that happen before. Thanks.--Gay Cdn (talk) (email) (Contr.) 22:04, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
Please will you review the tag I just placed on this article. I'm not 100% certain I've done the most appropriate thing and would value advice. --Dweller 10:37, 19 September 2006 (UTC)

David Harris (Rugby League Player, Parade College Raiders) on deletion review
An editor has asked for a deletion review of David Harris (Rugby League Player, Parade College Raiders). Since you closed the deletion discussion for (or speedy-deleted) this article, your reasons on how or why you did so will be greatly appreciated in the above review. A World With No Boundaries
Hi, I recently cleaned up the article "A World With No Boundaries" but I can't work out how to un-tag it. I'm fairly new to all this Wikipedia business so please excuse my newbiness.
Thanks for any help. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gorstrom (talk • contribs) 11:32, 26 September 2006 (UTC).

- I second that barnstar - keep up the excellent work. I semi-protected this page and your userpage following this morning's spate of vandalism. Feel free to unprotect at your leisure when you feel the threat has passed. All the best, Gwernol 14:08, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
Thank you
Thank you for the quick user page revert. Keep up the good work.--Andeh 14:11, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
IP Address 62.171.198.4
You have recently threatened to block this IP address. This is a response to that.
This IP address is one used by schools throughout the UK. As a teacher I use it at work. This IP address (and others in the range) is regularly blocked for vandalism and warnings given. This seems to be totally pointless.
I realise that wikipedia has procedures, but there are exceptional circumstances where they clearly won't work and a new resolution needs to be found.
The IfL IP range is used by thousands of people throughout the UK, most of them schoolchildren, the rest school staff. Threatening to block this address will therefore have no effect whatsoever. An IP range that can be used anonymously by thousands of children and teenagers WILL cause vandalism if completely unblocked.
If the range were blocked then myself, other teachers and pupils with the right intentions will all be blocked from editing during the day, however, if unblocked it will cause vandalism. A difficult situation.
Is there any way that the entire IfL IP range could be blocked from ANONYMOUS editing only? This would mean that specific users could then be blocked, but those wishing to genuinely contribute still can.
Being relatively new to wikipedia myself, I don't know the best place to discuss this, perhaps you could point me in the correct direction?
Thanks in advance. Fork me 15:03, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks for the swift reply, I will raise the matter where you suggested. Fork me 15:25, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
Dang!
Slow down buddy, and give other users chance to fight vandalism. :P — Nearly Headless Nick {L} 16:54, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
Jet engine changes by User:82.33.106.83
You reverted some changes to the Jet engine article and added a warning on the users talk page.
I looked over the changes, they didn't seem to me to be obvious vandalism, although I may have missed it:
