Editor either misattributed, or fabricated. Citation 8 as VSEL is utter bollocks.

VSEL were not the shipbuilder.
VSEL did not exist until 1986.

Vickers Limited Shipbuilding Group were the constuctors of ALL S-class boats.

Replacement Discrepancy
