Literary works, music and art
Johnson has published a number of books. They include the poetry collections An tÉan agus Dánta Eile / Der Vogel und andere Gedichte, Another Language, The Woods are Growing Younger / Pădurile întineresc, and Súil Saoir, together with prose works in three languages. In 2014 he was “bard” at Rhos-y-Gilwen mansion in south-west Wales.[1]
He plays the flute and has travelled much of Europe performing traditional music. He has made a number of recordings.[1]
In 2015 he mounted his first solo graphic art exhibition, Feuer und Schatten (Fire and Shadow), in Bonn, Germany.[1]
