Solar cell production

Should this line be completely removed from the article:

"A solar energy business using solar cell technology invented by a team led by Professor Andrew Blakers at The Australian National University.[15] Origin Energy expected to be manufacturing its sliver cell technology for the Australian market by 2008.[16]"

The citation to ANU no longer mentions the project. From my research it looks like this was never a significant part of the business (probably more of a marketing program). Should the mention of it be removed completely or should the history be explored in more depth. My concern about expanding is that it will make the word count higher and it will look like this was a more major project than it appears to be.MarekJG (talk) 06:23, 3 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]
