Plot

At the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob sees that all of the tables, chairs, etc. have the name of another company on them. He thinks that Mr. Krabs has stolen all of the stuff, and asks him. Mr. Krabs says that he's just borrowed the stuff without permission, and if he gives it back, it'll be alright. He and Patrick can't afford a balloon, so they 'borrow' it. It pops, so they think that they're criminals, and live outside Bikini Bottom. They're caught by the police, who tell them that it was National Free Balloon Day!

• The episodes alternate title was Partners In Crime.
• Patrick finally addresses the fact on how can there be fire underwater. When he does this, the fire they were sitting by is put out. It later ignintes when Patrick steps on the logs.
• When Patrick eats the chocolate it is all around his mouth but when he goes to tell it is gone.
