Following are the results of the Gladiators: Springbok Challenge 2, one of the more than 30 competition events related to the international Gladiators television franchise.

A sequel to the 1998 Gladiators: Springbok Challenge 1, the 2000 challenge pitted British against South African contestants at the Standard Bank Arena, Johannesburg, South Africa.
