Howard "Luke" A. Kenley (born March 28, 1945) is a Republican member of the Indiana Senate, representing the 20th District since 1992. Kenley was born in Fort Stockton, Texas and attended both Miami University and Harvard Law School. He made an unsuccessful bid to become the Republican nominee for Governor of Indiana in 2003, losing to Mitch Daniels.[1] He is retiring from the Senate on September 30, 2017.[2][3]
