Mayumi (Shalani), is Saliya's daughter and she falls ill due to a heart problem. After her recovery, Mayumi reveals that she is living with her aunt Piumi's transplanted heart.

Soon many incidents occur around Mayumi and she thinks to go to Piumi's bungalow with her friends for the final prayers to her aunt. Her boyfriend Sithum (Roshan) and other friends - Achini, Shakya, Vihanga, and Kelum also went to the bungalow. The bungalow keeper Darshan asked to go home for some days. Kelum is a funny guy who tricks Achini and Shakya by pretending to be a ghost. Achini slaps Kelum and he moves away from the bungalow, disappointed.

Soon, Kelum died by drowning. Mayumi sees some visions of her aunt and reveals that the spirit needs revenge and asks Mayumi to allow it. She cried and is scared by these incidents and aunt Piumi started to hunt around them. Vihanga (Givantha) went to find Kelum and he was attacked by the spirit and died in a car accident.

Achene and Shakya also realized something wrong in the house and talk about leaving. Meanwhile, Sithum was injured and unable to walk. Therefore, the three girls left him home and went to the nearest house to ask for help. At that movement, they saw a kovil and meet Mahendra Sami (Mahendra).

Sami told them that the spirit is still taking revenge for her death and attacks any man. The girls asked for a solution and Sami tells them to wait for the next day, which is a full moon day. Sami also tells them to protect Sithum from the spirit until the Yaga. The girls came to the bungalow and started to protect Sithum from the spirit, but in the morning Sithum was found injured in the courtyard. But, Sami said that another one was dying on that day, who was the keeper Darshan.

The next day, Sami with his wife (Nilmini) for Yaga and found that spirit lives within Mayumi and her heart. The spirit started to tell the story that she had a secret relationship with the bungalow keeper Darshan and another guy as well. Darshan soon discovered the relationship and became jealous. The two argued so much that one day Darshan killed Piumi by suffocation. Mayumi was protected from the spirit and they healed the spirit by slogans.

At the end credits, the tomb of Piyumi was scraped by Mayumi, but it was the spirit who totally possessed Mayumi and so Mayumi lived no more. It was revealed that Piumi also had a crush on Sithum and she has now taken control of him at last. Finally, the secret revealed, that Mayumi's mother and Darshan had a secret contract to kill Piumi and take the heart for her daughter. Possessed Mayumi enters mother's room and suffocates her to death.
