== Question about the Article ==

:Hi and Good Afternoon to whomever it may concern about the [[Armonk, New York]] article,

:I am writing this message to ask (if it is possible) that if I can make some ''minor edits'' to your article. For example, where it says from the ''beginning'' that it is a ''Hamlet'', it is not actually; it is a '''Census Designated Place (CDP)'''. The reason as to why it is this, you can look for it under the section/chart where it is titled, '''Municipalities and Communities of Westchester County, New York''' and in a section within the chart that is labeled, '''CDPs'''. Moreover, if I can ask of anyone's permission that I can input these minor edits, I would happily and greatly appreciate it.

:Thank you

:Warm regards,

Armonk is not a town. It is a hamlet/place name in the town of North Castle.

That is true, however, it is a locale as designated by the US Postal Service. There are no "North Castle" addresses; rather, there are separate post offices in Armonk (10504), North White Plains, and then Banksville addresses are serviced by the Bedford (10506) post office.

Furthermore, not all individuals mentioned in this section went to BHHS. David Boies, the members of the Yankees, and Aerosmith only lived in Armonk, and did not grow up there. Also it doesn't matter if Armonk isn't the name of the town; it's the name of the article, for one, and secondly, as previously mentioned, it's a Census Designated place with it's own zip code. This should stay the way it is. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.43.218.12 (talk) 12:20, 3 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Question about the Article

Hi and Good Afternoon to whomever it may concern about the Armonk, New York article,
