This page is also intended to serve as a central location to request that deleted content be userfied, restored as a draft or emailed to you so the content can be improved upon prior to re-insertion into the mainspace, or used elsewhere (you may also make a request directly to one of the administrators listed here). This means that content deleted after discussion—at articles for deletion, categories for discussion, or miscellany for deletion among other deletion processes—may in some cases be provided to you, but such controversial page deletions will not be overturned through this process. Copyright violations and attack pages will not be provided at all.

    This page is only for requesting undeletion of articles or files which have already been deleted. If the article you are concerned about is still visible, but has a warning message (template) at the top, please do not post here, but follow the instructions in the template or on your talk page. Please do not request that articles deleted under speedy deletion criteria A7 or G11 be undeleted here.

    The page was done stating facts backed by sourses such as Forbes, Huffington Post, UK Blasting Media, Philadelphia Style Magazine, Vanity Fair, Metro and many more. I am open to review it if you show me what is considered "promotional", but again, everything is a fact backed by legit links. I can give you more sources if you need them. Please let me know as I would kindly ask you to re consider and to make the changes you believe appropriate so that it can be re published. Being an "Influencer" is a legit job related to social media, it is not promotional, and all that is in the page was named by sources.     I understand "influencer" is an actual job title, and "fashion icon" is a synonym for a fashion designer, which could have been removed or replaced. Nothing else about the article seemed unambiguously promotional.     The stub was tagged for speedy deletion under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. I followed a red link from another article and came to a message suggesting that I create a stub on the subject. I googled how to make a stub on wikipedia and arrived at Wikipedia:Make_stubs which looks exactly like guidelines for making stubs. I followed the guidelines scrupulously. The guidelines did not say that a stub needed to make apparent the subject's notability. The stub I created was tagged for deletion and then deleted because it did not indicate the subject's notability. On closer inspection I see that Wikipedia:Make_stubs includes a link to Wikipedia:Stub which says that even a stub must indicate the subject's notability. The link to Wikipedia:Stub was not at all obvious in Wikipedia:Make_stubs because it was camouflaged by boldface type and Wikipedia:Make_stubs did not make clear that there existed other guidelines which must be followed. The subject of the stub I created, Eugene Asti, is indeed notable (he is a prominent classical musician with at least 16 commercial recordings to his name and he regularly performs as a recital partner with other musicians who are notable enough to have Wikipedia articles already). I spent about two hours creating the stub and I would like to be able to edit it to add an indication of the subject's notability instead of having to start over from scratch. I did not anticipate that the stub I created would be deleted because I thought I was following the guidelines scrupulously so I did not keep a copy of the text and references.     To Wikipedia: I accidentally deleted most of the beginning section on the entry "Houston Ship Channel." Below is the text I deleted, or as much of it as I have -- somehow I got it onto a word document on my computer but I could not paste it back onto the Wikipedia entry. Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens, the former estate of Houston philanthropist Ima Hogg, is located on the north bank of the bayou just east of Memorial Park. After passing under Shepherd Drive, the waterway enters Buffalo Bayou Park, which is bordered on the north by Memorial Drive and the south by Allen Parkway. The park continues for 2.3 miles (3.7 km) to Interstate 45, where it enters Downtown Houston.[4] The bayou flows past Allen's Landing and joins White Oak Bayou before exiting the central reservoirs, which comprise a major flood control system for the region.     There were over 100 of these pages. Not a single one had a reference and all were abandoned for years. An AfD deleted the head article and judged the rest of the set to be far from mainspace ready. Mass restoration should be discussed soemwhere if more requests come in.     User:Johnvr4/sandbox & User:Johnvr4/Operation Red Hat

    Contains a draft I am still working on updated, improved, condensed, reedited, version with all new sources that was in my sandbox and was updated 1.5 hours before it was nominated for deletion. I would like it restored because I am still improving it. I placed a copy in back in my sandbox4, improved it immediately with a new source, and it was also deleted [User:Johnvr4/sandbox4]. (see: WP:Miscellany_for_deletion/OpRedHat ) I would also Like to have User:Johnvr4/Operation Red Hat restored as it contains all previous versions as well as the edit histories and submissions of several other editors over approximately eight years, six years of new sources and improvements and addressing concerns that got it deleted in the first place (some of which were absurd). The was title meant to be experimental per the suggestion in the original deletion. That version is a bit older and much of the material has already been moved to the main space out of my sand box despite the assertions of the deleting editor that no policy arguments were raised (they were) and that it would never be compliant in main space (it was) as the justification for the deletion, as well as some non-existent time component.     Thanks. I've tried. They won't budge nor will they elaborate on their reasoning- which seems flawed. User_talk:Premeditated_Chaos#Deletion_of_userspace_material. Can an administrator simply look at edit summaries and diffs to verify moves to the main space, numerous edits to condense and improve, new sources etc. from the original deleted article?     In an opinion on the original article deleted in 2013 the re-edited draft of which the nominating editor NOW says has to be deleted because is not worth keeping yet in that same breath he tells you the draft is unchanged from that 2013 article...: "Keep and Cleanup This article requires further cleanup, and focusing on the primary topic, as well as investigation of sources. There is also an enormous amount of useful material in the previous versions that deserves to be in a wide range of other CW, BW, and Vietnam War related articles."     You actually do have that ability. Would you please review WP:Renominating_for_deletion#Requesting_undeletion "? "If the XfD discussion was closed as “delete”, do not nominate the page to be undeleted for at least one month, unless you know and can prove you satisfied the objections."

    It doesn't make any difference as far as REFUND goes. REFUND is for restoring pages which were deleted for uncontroversial reasons. This page was deleted as a result of a deletion discussion, which is not an uncontroversial reason. I don't have the authority to overturn the result of a deletion discussion because of something you wrote on this page, and neither does anybody else (except maybe the closer). For the third time, if you want this page to be restored you're going to have to use deletion review, which can examine whether a deletion discussion was done properly or whether there are other considerations which justify reopening the issue.
