April 2016 - New book and subject of HBO documentary

On April 5, 2016, HarperCollins Publishers released a new book by Ms. Vanderbilt and her son Anderson Cooper, "The Rainbow Comes and Goes - A Mother and Son On Life, Love, and Loss". The book is described as "A charming and intimate collection of correspondence between #1 New York Times bestselling author Anderson Cooper and his mother, Gloria Vanderbilt, that offers timeless wisdom and a revealing glimpse into their lives."[1]

Also, on April 9, 2016, HBO premiered "Nothing Left Unsaid: Gloria Vanderbilt & Anderson Cooper", a 2 hour documentary that features a series of conversations between the mother and son, covering the mothers storied life and the family history in the public eye.[2] — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:402:4300:57FF:A828:B267:8545:445A (talk) 01:35, 10 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Early Life

Could someone please remove that unrelated vox ref and comment about a hoe that Hyung5kim added. It certainly has no place on Wikipedia. [1] 68.102.13.155 (talk) 10:20, 10 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I could see an argument for its inclusion as an interesting anecdote, but I've taken it out and replaced it with more relevant information from the same source. Cheers, -- Irn (talk) 17:51, 10 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
