Polish promo CD

Hi, Tunguschan. You uploaded "File:Edyta Górniak Anything (Polish Promotional Edition).jpg", but there is already the commercial release. Is the promo CD release necessary? --George Ho (talk) 22:36, 9 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hello,This promotional edition is for polish market,And The version of "Anything" included here is exclusive to this release and the first Polish pressing of Edyta's self-titled album. All international releases as well as the Polish Special Edition of the "Edyta Górniak" album and all compilations include a different version of the track. Tunguschan, promotional recording means that the release was not released commercially. It was released to only Polish radio stations, retailers, and record labels. It was never released for sale in Poland. Well, content about the promo CD can be understood by text, but using the artwork of the promo CD won't enhance readers' understanding of the song but rather violates MOS:MUSIC's rule saying, "Fair use images cannot be used purely for decoration," WP:NOTREPOSITORY, and WP:NFCC#Rationale saying that free content is encouraged and that non-free content may be used if it improves Wikipedia. Of course, you can disagree. I was close to taking the image to FFD, but I don't know what it would take to change your mind about the promo artwork. --George Ho (talk) 05:50, 10 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
