Recruited from the old [[Port Adelaide Magpies Football Club| Port Adelaide]] in the [[SANFL]], Bond debuted with the [[West Coast Eagles]] in 1994, going on to play 34 games and kick 20 goals for the club, as well as playing in the 1994 Premiership side. Shane Bond (born July 9, 1975) is a former Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.

Recruited from the old Port Adelaide in the SANFL, Bond debuted with the West Coast Eagles in 1994, going on to play 34 games and kick 20 goals for the club, as well as playing in the 1994 Premiership side. Bond was then traded to Port Adelaide when they joined the AFL in 1997, where he played 57 games for 11 goals between 1997 and 2000.

He also played 21 games for East Perth whilst with the Eagles when not required for AFL duty.

He is the younger brother of fellow AFL player Troy Bond.
