Apart from abstaining from meat, ethical vegetarianism does not define any particular item to exclude from diet. The philosophy promotes a need based comnsumption and thus avoiding indulegnce. Inspired by Veganism, Minimalism and Reducitarian practices, it is less rigid (compared to Veganism) albeit a harder set of principles to follow.
