William Scott Fyvie (Born November 16, 1982), known as Snak The Ripper is a Canadian Rapper, Graffiti Artist and Record Label Founder born in New Westminster, BC. He currently lives in Vancouver, BC. His debut album 'The Ripper' was released independently in 2007. In 2013, he founded Stealth Bomb Records, quickly signing local acts such as Merkules, Caspian, Junk, Jaclyn Gee and Brevner [2]. He has recorded work internationally with Onyx[3], Snowgoons[4], and Mobb Deep[5] He has also performed in various countries.[6]
Personal life
Snak the Ripper grew up in Maple Ridge, BC. At the age of 18, he was charged with 150 counts of mischief. After three years of court appearances, all charges were dropped due to lack of evidence.[7]
Career
Snak The Ripper was nominated for Hip Hop Recording of the year at the Western Canadian Music Awards in 2015 and 2016. [8] He has headlined multiple Tours and Festivals in Europe including Seinajoki Hip Hop Festival in 2017 [9].
Snak The Ripper has feuded with Madchild of Swollen Members of whom he previously collaborated with. Snak made three diss tracks with music videos towards Madchild in one week during 2015.[10][11]
