Michael John Tuchner (24 June 1934 – 17 February 2017) was a British film and theatre director.

He directed the BAFTA TV Award winning television play Bar Mitzvah Boy. He directed the 1983 Walt Disney Productions theatrical live-action film Trenchcoat.

He died on 17 February 2017 at the age of 82.[1]
