September 2006
Thanks for your contribution, but we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so please keep your edits factual and neutral. Some readers looking for a serious article might not find them amusing. Remember, millions of people read Wikipedia, so we have to take what we do a bit seriously here. If you'd like to experiment with editing, use the Sandbox to get started. I hope you can help us out! — blobglob talk 02:58, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
You have to admit, my "vandalism" was pretty good. Most people just do stupid shit like replacing pictures of things with dicks or clear everything. I did something original, and i feel i should be commended on that. Signed by the Guess Who guy.
- It was one of the more creative pieces of vandalism I've removed, but even so, please keep it off Wikipedia. Uncyclopedia might be to your liking if you'd like to write more of that sort of thing. — blobglob talk 06:06, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to Barry Bonds, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Nlu (talk) 00:50, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
Blocked
Hey I shouldnt be blocked, Billy Volek burst into my house and did these changes himself. He is crazy, he really thinks the NAACP is out to get him, and he didnt want to get his IP address banned, so he came here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.167.200.173 (talk • contribs)
You have been temporarily blocked from editing because of your disruptive edits. You are invited to contribute in a constructive manner as soon as the block expires. // Pilotguy (Have your say) 00:50, 1 October 2006 (UTC)
Welcome
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- Tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
Here are some other hints and tips:
- I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
- When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.
If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question, ask me on my Talk page, or type {{helpme}} on this talk page and a user will help you as soon as possible. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!
Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian. —ptk✰fgs 16:22, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
Do not remove warnings

Why not?
Why can't I remove my own warnings. If I remove them, than that shows that I saw them, so why do I need them to still be there. {{helpme}} — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.167.200.173 (talk • contribs)
