An IP editor has twice added a column headed "Last Passenger Service", without any sourcing at all. This, to me, doesn't just go against WP:V (and possibly WP:NOR as well), but is information of interest only to trainspotters, and is not the level of detail that an encyclopedia should go to (see WP:NOTEVERYTHING). --Redrose64 (talk) 11:18, 9 November 2016 (UTC)

:Agree. The last passenger service, and/or last goods service, for the entire class may be useful in the text of the Withdrawal section, but only if supported by a reliable source (and presumably would need to be qualified by "in British Rail service"). Not much more than a list of locomotives

This article is no more than a tabulated list of locomotive specifications and numbers with little or no encyclopedic information. SouthernElectric 15:52, 30 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've started on a tidy-up and will add more text later. Biscuittin (talk) 22:21, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Possible change to the title of this article

This article is currently named in accordance the Wikipedia:WikiProject UK Railways naming conventions for British rolling stock allocated a TOPS number. A proposal to change this convention and/or its scope is being discussed at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject UK Railways#Naming convention, where your comments would be welcome. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Avicennasis (talkcontribs) 18:30, 10 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Picture Editing Permission

Excuse me, can I please edit one of the photos on this page? Dinoboyaz (talk) 00:56, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It depends upon several factors, primarily the image licensing. Which image are you thinking of? --Redrose64 (talk) 13:50, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Last Passenger Service

An IP editor has twice added a column headed "Last Passenger Service", without any sourcing at all. This, to me, doesn't just go against WP:V (and possibly WP:NOR as well), but is information of interest only to trainspotters, and is not the level of detail that an encyclopedia should go to (see WP:NOTEVERYTHING). --Redrose64 (talk) 11:18, 9 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
