The CZ 85 is a semi-automatic handgun chambered for 9mm Luger. It is manufactured in the Czech Republic by a company called Ceska Zbrojovka. It is an updated version of the CZ 75 which has slight changes made to internal parts to increase reliability, and an ambidextrous safety switch and slide stop. The magazine holds up to 16 rounds.

The CZ 85 was one of the competitors in the US Army service pistol competition during the late 1970s-early 1980s.
