The Hundred of Yackamoorundie,is a hundred within County of Stanley, South Australia.[1] It was proclaimed on 18 February 1869, and the name is derived from the Aboriginal jakaramurundi meaning ‘sandy plain country’.[2]
Yackamoorundie Creek, a major tributary of the Broughton River, rises north of Caltowie.
The main town of the hundred is Yakka.
