Appears to fail WP:BIO. The references are not significant or substantial. They either mention him in passing [1] or are promotional blurbs [2]. • Keep. I can't read Russian, but there seem to be at least a few RS (TV channels, magazines, etc.) on the Russian version of this article for this to pass WP:GNG, such as [3] [4] [5] [6]. feminist (talk) 12:43, 21 December 2017 (UTC)
