Many companies make cheese in Kenya, including Brown's since the 1970s[1] and Raka since 2001[2]. Cheese consumption has been increasing during the last years within the Kenyan middle-class[3].
Brown's and Raka produce similar types of cheese: cheddar, gouda, blue cheese, feta, mascarpone, ricotta, mozzarella, brie...
