scandal
- In 2011 return banquet held at the banquet hall, Jiro Fukuda The kiss hugging the girls' players, even after the girls ran away toilet chased "come out I cried.[11][12] Fukuda announced his intention to resign when the incident comes to light 2013[13][14][15][16]
- In March 2013, Hiroyuki Tanaka of the All Japan Judo Federation and several other directors illegally received a grant from Japan Sports Promotion Center (JSC) despite lacking guidance , I also found a problem that I was using the received money for purposes other than purpose. Immediately, a third-party committee was established with an emphasis on external corporate scandals and compliance lawyers, and surveys were conducted[17]
On April 26th, an interim report was issued, and from the Secretariat of the Governing Body, on the case of using a part of the subsidy paid to the leader from the Japan Sports Promotion Center as reinforcement reserve for food and drinking expenses Organizational involvement by the Fureign consortium from the fact that reservation payment e-mail was sent to recipients, dunning e-mail was made if payment was delayed, deposit bankbook of retained deposits in secretariat's safe, etc. It was certified as there was. The retained earnings were also inappropriate in light of social norms, and the Fure Practice Law pointed out that the organization lacked the spirit of forward legislation for subsidies that are public money. The retained money has management authority with Kamiro Yoshimura who succeeded Uemura of the strengthening committee chairman and the balance reached about 23.5 million yen, but because the management of books and receipts was skeptical, At the same time, he pointed out that Japan Sports Promotion Center and Nagoya Sports Promotion Center, which had been abandoning such reality, and the lack of institutional management by the IOC were also pointed out.
Third party committee published the final report on June 21, roughly as the interim report, but in the end 2007, 27 leaders were involved in fraudulent receiving of 36.2 million yen subsidy , It was certified that the retained earnings for non-purpose purposes reached 33.45 million yen.
In addition, those who "have the heaviest responsibility" are fully involved in these issues, they are recognized as being Yoshimura Waro who was the strengthening chairperson at the time, and from the time of strengthening committee participation in this system The former reinforcement chairman who did not show the attitude to rectify it, but also the responsibility of Haruki Uemura, Chairman of the Board of Contractors, was clearly stated. Upon receiving this, Uemura announced his retirement as Chairman of the Board of 2014.
On July 23, 2013, due to successive scandals, [Cabinet Office] received a recommendation for improvement measures based on the Public Interest Certification Act, which is the first time after the enforcement of the new corporation system in 2008[18][19]
