Bryan Massey is an American actor, voice actor and writer.[1] He is best known as the voice of Ladd Russo from Baccano,[2] Oolong from the Dragonball series,[3] Tenishiro Okakura from Rideback,[4] and Cocytus from Overlord.[5]
