Matthew Hansen is an author and comic book writer/editor for Marvel/Dabel Brothers Productions. A former professional cyclist, Hansen is based out of Toronto, Canada. He began his publishing career as a cycling journalist in print for several magazines including Pedal magazine, and on the web for numerous sites including [www.pedalmag.com] and [www.cyclingnews.com]. Following that, Hansen worked as an editor for Dreamwave Productions, publishers of several comic titles including The Transformers, before moving onto Marvel/Dabel Brothers Productions.

Currently, Hansen is adapting R.A. Salvatore's "The Highwayman" for release through Marvel/DB Pro for 2007.
