Phrasing

The paragraph that begins with the pace being fast - the word, "pace", could refer to the beat of the music, although in context it's referring to the pace of bringing the song into production. A more clear choice of words, plus the use of different phrasing, would make that clear right from the start.

Also, that paragraph repeats information from the beginning of the article. That information should only be given one time, and to me it seems better at the beginning of the article. Everyone knows that the music industry is fast-paced, and that bringing a song into production could be a rush job. Usually, that isn't emphasized, because a person doesn't want it to look as if maybe the performance wasn't very good, because it was rushed into production, but this article, the way it's currently written, reads more as if it were written by one of the participants, who is still marveling at how rushed it was.

Maybe that could be changed, to give the reason it was rushed into production. Usually, it's understood that with more time, it could have been polished more, but there comes a point where everyone involved just has to say, we gave it the best we had, and go forward.

A Wikipedia article isn't really the place to hash things like that over.

Further comments about that paragraph:

If we are going to use the word, "girls", to refer to these women performers, which might be okay since I think they competed in a teen contest, then we should stick with that and definitely not use the word, "ladies". The word, "ladies', has an old-fashioned, sexist connotation that is unprofessional.

The word, "huge", should not be in there. It's unquantifiable and unprofessional. The whole article should be written from a more dispassionate, detached, professional point of view - it should not sound enthusiastic or admiring. Good points will have more force if phrased in the form of a more neutral appraisal.

The picture is good, and so are the comments by the members of the group, although their names should be spelled the same way, with the same capitalization (in the case of SeVen/Seven), every time.

Thank you, for whatever it is you think you did by typing all of this. Point is, you could have done it yourself, but instead I took care of it. You where of no help. 68.161.181.233 (talk) 19:03, 23 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
