Singer season 6

Singer 2018 is the second season of Chinese television series Singer, a rebranded version of I Am a Singer that will air on Hunan Television. It is produced by Hong Tao, and its music director is Hong Kong senior musician Kubert Leung. It will be recorded in the Hunan Broadcasting System Radio and Television Center, Changsha, Hunan on December 28, 2017 and will premiere on January 12, 2018

This episode is the first episode of Singer 2018. It premiered on January 12, 2018 on Hunan Television. All seven competitors advanced to the next episode. The rankings of Sam Lee, Li Xiaodong, and Angela Chang remained unknown due to the fact that the lowest ranked competitor in the two episodes would be eliminated. Their places were revealed the next episode.

This episode is the second episode of Singer 2018. It was broadcast on January 19, 2017 on Hunan Television. In this episode, a challenger challenged the seven competitors. If the challenger did not receive 8th Place, the person with the lowest number of votes would be eliminated.
