The La Rochefoucauld location was sold to an entrepreneur, Charentais, Mornac, and Pardubice locations were sold to Faurecia[9].

In 2011, pursuing its international expansion plans, the group opened a 3rd production site in China in Yantai and another one in Zrenjanin, Serbia[10]. Since then, the group continues its expansion and in 2014 opened a 4th factory in China in Shenyang. Two new sites in Silao, Mexico and Zavar, Slovakia are inaugurated in 2016. In 2016, Bpi France buys shares of the company. The same year, Equistone Partners becomes majority a shareholder of the group investing to 72%[11].
