The East New York Bus Depot is located on Jamaica Avenue and Broadway in the Broadway Junction neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. East New York Bus Depot also operates one of the only bus routes that are operated by two bus depots in MTA New York City Transit buses, which is the B20 or B60 which is also run by the Fresh Pond Depot, although the East New York Depot only operates runs ending/beginning in East New York (See Bus routes served by the East New York Bus Depot). It had also rejected an order on Orion VII Hybrids in 2005, in favor of keeping an all RTS fleet, for operational reasons. Hybrids will however be delivered to ENY in either late 2006 or early 2007. The East New York Bus Depot is part of the Brooklyn Division of bus depots in MTA New York City Transit buses.

The East New York Bus Depot runs only 40-foot long, 102 inch-wide, wheelchair accessible RTS buses.
