As you might have suspected - this is indeed a shared IP! It's not a school or even an educational institute (at least in the traditional sense) - it's actually an office space. As you might imagine we've had a share of eh, disconcerting edits over the years - most of the former employees here are no longer present (ye shall be missed) and so with them the vandals/disruptive editors have left. I'd like to ask for this to be reopened as there is a community of individuals who enjoy spending their lunch breaks making reasonable, thought out edits to articles as and when required. I again feel the need to state that this is an apology on behalf of those who chose to make disruptive edits and the community as a whole - over the course of seven and a half years the site has been reduced from 800 to approximately 200 people - including most if not all of the previous editors who will no longer be a problem. In the grand scheme of things there has been no more traffic than one might expect - and unfortunately we are in a state where registering/using an account will be difficult due to the IP block. What is there to lose from unblocking us?

Well, this edit and this and this show we should reinstate the block. There's been nothing productive, all edits have been reverted. Though not all of the edits were harmful. With all due respect, making a harmless edit to my own talk page does not constitute making a block. If you actually took a look towards the other pages I've amended you'd see the edits I made were constructive. Consider this - is there an active reason to block me?
