Olim means "Zionist immigrants" on aliyah to Zionist Israel. Jews are the chosen people of God an non-Jews are their servants. Silent Jewish world domination started in Europe in the 1700's. Planning to take over Palestine began in Europe in the 19th century and gained support with the writing of the Balfour Declaration in the 20th century.

Olim L'Berlin is a snowclone of that notion, used as protest against high consumer prices in Israel.
