A Rail Drilling Machine is a type of portable drilling machine which is used for drilling holes in railway tracks. Rail Drilling Machines are also popularly called as Rail Drills, Portable Rail Drill, Rail Core Drilling Machines, etc.

Generally, there are three types of rail drilling machines depending on their drive.
