This page needs a section about him being a snitch.

^^^^ It's funny, this person who never has met 50 cent or knows anything about the man, likes to think that he knows everything.

I mean let me brake it down for ya!

1)Many people call 50 Cent a snitch because of a police report on thesmokinggun.com. This leads many to say 50 "snitched" on Irv Gotti. Well if you read "Queens Rules Supreme" you will know the true story, also if you listen to interviews from people that where there you would know the true story. 50 Cent and Murder inc had beef. Everythime they saw each other a fight broke out. One night while at a Queens Recording studio, Black Child and his crew walked in on 50. A fight broke out and as Black Child says "They had 5 duded we had 5 dudes and we was fighting. I heard 50 yell to someone get there gun, I was not about to let some one get a gun so I took out my knife and turned off the lights, and stabbed about two people." The owner called the cops and Black Child was arrested. Everyone in 50's crew left because it is said, they started the fight. 50 and his friend went to the hostptle, and get this, Black Child was released cause no one came forward to tell the cops he was the one stabbing people. Several days later, 50's friend had the idea of suing Irv Gotti for damages. He took Irv Gotti to Civil Court, not Criminal Court, Civil Court. If he wanted to, he could have took him to Criminal Court. 50's friend needed a police report in order to go on with suing Irv. So he filed one, but did not name names. The case was thrown out, but not before a court filed a Order of Protection. You see, the owner of the Studio did not want 50 or Murder Inc to fight in his studio any more, so he made the court make 50 and them keep away from each other. You see, the court made that Order of Protection,not 50. A issue was sent to Irv Gotti, that is where Irv got that order of protection story from.

2) Then we get to the Ghetto Qu'an. Has anyone heard that? I mean, people say "50 Snitched on Ghetto Qu'an" but have they even read the lyrics?? Please do! I mean just read them and see yourself! Right now look up the lyrics online! 50 never once says anyones name! He uses there street name. Second, he does not say shit that will get a cat locked up! He says "Preme was a buisness man" "Caz was a drug dealer" but does not link them to a specific crime! And there is zero proof anyone got any jail time over that song. 50 made that song as a tribute, not to snitch. He looked up to and respected these people. And some of them actualy liked the song! And, come on Supreme was a bad man, He killed, robbed, raped. The money he bought drugs with went strait to Land Mines in Africa and Prisons in Columbia. How many crack babies where born cause of this man? How many people are in jail cause of this man? How many people lost a parent or a child cause of his buisness?? You should not be mad at the fact he is locked up, If a black person says "Free Supreme" or "Preme was a good dude" thats exactly like a jew saying "Hitler was a great man"! Ok, next time you say "50 snitched on Supreme" think actually he did not at all snitch on anyone and even if he did, Preme was a bad guy a deserved it!

Someone has added a section called "blamage" which hardly seems neutral or relevent to the article, i suggest it be deleted.

I hate to have to add another section to this already-cluttered page, but I would like to raise the question of whether 50 Cent was actually shot nine times, or shot at nine times and hit three. On the New Breed DVD, 50 shows the places he was shot. Twice in his right arm and once in the mouth [1], [2], [3], and [4] all seem to support the latter theory. Granted, they're not the most official sources, but are they true?

I'm not a fan of 50 Cent, and I didn't follow the 2000 shooting, so could someone with more knowledge of the incident clarify? NPOV please. -ryan-d 19:18, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

E-class: In 2005 a doctor sued 50 Cent for unpaid bills. The doctor cared for 50 Cent after he got shot and helped him rehabilatate. When ask about the number of times 50 Cent was shot he said "9 bullets entered his body." Also, on thesmokinggun.com It states what a witness saw, it says the witness saw victim get shot 3 times on his right side. This shows that it was never said 50 Cent was only shot 3 times. The witness made a mistake for any reason and it is clear where the media got this source.Also, it really does not say Curtis Jackson got shot three times, it says "victim" got shot 3 times, which brings up the question if during the same hail of bullets, another victim got shot along with 50, but recieved 3 gunshot wounds.That document also spelled victim wrong, it is spelled "Vectim" which may show it is not a legitiment document.There is also a picture of a newspaper online with the headline "Rapper 50 Cent shot 3 times". This is considered to many proof of 50 Cent only getting shot 3 times. However, the question of why a then unknown rapper had the entire front page of a newspaper comes about. There is a large picture of 50 Cent. But, the article is too small to read, this shows the article is most likely about something else and with a computer it could have been rather easlily changed to say that head line. Also, there is a rumer that the same week, at the same hostpitle another shooting victim with the last name Jackson had recieved 3 gunshot wounds and stayed in the same room as 50 Cent, the two could easlily have been mixed up. Also, as said before, 50 Cent showed 3 bullet wounds on the New Breed dvd. Also, on All eyez on 50 cent, 50 Cent shows a bullet wound on his hand, which now makes 4 proven gunshot wounds. Also, any picture of 50's back shows a unmistaken bullet wound on his shoulder. Right around the "S" in his "Southside" tattoo it can be clearly seen. Lastly, common sense can be used. 50 Cent has many enemies in the rap world, and trying to prove he only got shot 3 times will hinder his street cred, I.E. The Game on Change of Heart. And, if him getting shot at 9 times and hit 3 is true, then 50 Cent was counting the number of gunshots while being shot, extremely unlikely. Furthermore, when ever some one says "50 Cent was only shot 3 times" they will direct to to a website that says 50's biography but instead of 9 times they say three, they use this as there only proof. But they completely ignore the fact that 99 percent of websites about 50 have him being shot 9 times like more legitiment websites such as mtv.com or vh1.com. Finally, 3 to 9? Come on, if I got shot 3 times and was going lie and say more I would say 4 or 5, not incredibly increase it by 3 times as much.

I question this piece. Given Bush's current un-popularity, it seems that someone may be trying to de-face Curtis Jackson by insinuating he said this.

How is what I posted non-factual? Explain it to me---with facts, not your own personal thoughts. I provided 3 different links supporting the article---all 3 are credible and non-biased. 50 calling Bush a "gangster" is just a small part of the cited sources. He also said that he would have voted for Bush, he said that the slow response to Katrina wasn't Bush's fault, he said that people ought to lay off of Bush a little because so many extraordinary things have happened in his presidency. I challenge you to provide links of your own that refute my links. Until you can, you have no basis for deleting the "political views" article. You're only stated reason for deletion so far is that you don't BELIEVE 50 Cent really means all that. Well, how the hell do you know? Do you personally talk to 50? I agree we should put a section for Political Views as its very pertinent and relevant. I think it can be done in a NPOV way. I don't think it should remain under the section "Other controversies" as that gives it more of non-neutral point of view in my opinion. Something like below should be fine...

I don't like the homes music but I got to say something. He was born on 1976. Not 1975. He changed his year of birth because he think he looks older then Ja. 50 Cent can't be 31 years old now, he's 30. Look on his first album, Power Of The Dollar, the Coin where his picture is at. Look on the bottom of his coin, it'll say "1976".
