Can you give some explanation for the notability of the event, perhaps in somewhat more fluent English? And perhaps some wp:RS supporting your claims? It has been claimed as an ISIS related attack by ISIS (i.e. a primary source), but it would be apparantly a bit unwise to take claims by islamists extremists at face value, and certainly it would be quite foolish to consider them as a criterion for wp:Notability, as you and the IP:73.194.54.11 (also signing its contributions with rather unhinged slogans like "TRUMP 2020!
