It has been claimed as an ISIS related attack by ISIS (i.e. a [[wp:Primary|primary source]]), but it would be apparantly a bit unwise to take claims by islamists extremists at face value, and certainly it would be quite foolish to consider them as a criterion for [[wp:Notability]], as you and the IP:73.194.54.11 <small>(also signing its contributions with rather unhinged slogans like "TRUMP 2020! - I removed a bunch of nonsense, below. The proposed deletion was challenged by Zigzig20s, and that should have been enough: you, IP 90, had no valid reason for restoring it, but Number 57 declined it anyway. Now, there is no evidence yet of terrorism, and The Diaz and Hiddenstranger should really consider actually reading the rules for this encyclopedic website, so I removed those categories and claims.
