Rosa María de la Garza Ramírez (also known as Rosi Orozco, born 6 July 1960) is a Mexican politician from the National Action Party. From 2009 to 2012 she served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the Federal District.[1] She held a number of committee positions, including president of the Special Commission for the Fight against Trafficking in Persons.[2][3] She campaigned for a change to human trafficking laws and was a key player in the passage in 2012 of the General Law to Prevent, Punish and Eradicate Crimes of Human Trafficking and to Protect and Assist the Victims of This Crime.
