On [[December 8]] [[2004]], during a Damageplan concert at the [[Alrosa Villa]] nightclub in [[Upper Arlingtong, Ohio]], Paluska was wounded during a shooting. Shortly after the concert had begun, 25-year old [[Nathan Gale]] entered the stage and shot dead lead guitarist [["Dimebag" Darrell Abbot|Darrell Abbot]], as well as concert attendee Nathan Bray, club employee Erin Halk and Damageplan security guard Jeff "Mayhem" Thompson. Drum technician John Brooks was also wounded, before police officer James D. Niggemeyer shot and killed Gale.

On December 8 2004, during a Damageplan concert at the Alrosa Villa nightclub in Upper Arlintong, Ohio, Paluska was wounded during a shooting.
