The IOG organises the Sports, Amenities and Landscaping Trade Exhibition (SALTEX) - Europe’s biggest, annual event for the grounds management sector, which is currently located at the National Exhibition Centre near Birmingham in the first week of November. The IOG has established a Young IOG Board to raise the profile of groundsmanship in younger generations and aims to encourage more women into the industry.
