The Mae Young Classic (2018) is an upcoming professional wrestling women’s tournament produced by WWE, an American–based promotion. The event will be the second Mae Young Classic.

In April 2018, the WWE announced a second tournament, following up on the 2017 tournament.[1]

Background

On June 22, 2018 the WWE confirmed the tournament would once again be 32 competitors, with the event being held at Full Sail University.[2] On July 12, 2018 the first two competitors for the 2018 tournament were announced as Kaitlyn and Rhea Ripley.[3]
