At least one member of the public has recieved 10 or so automated messages (on a business phone line) from Compass Bank with regards to an account that belongs to a Compass Bank customer. Attempts to contact Compass Bank Customer support were met with the typical automated phone system roadblocks and required several menus and several minutes to get through. After talking with a customer support representative the first time the matter was to be cleared-up. However that was not the case as more messages ensued. The latest of which had a malfunction that caused the voice to spell each word and courteously ended with 'T' 'H' 'A' 'N' 'K' 'Y' 'O' 'U'. On the second phone call to customer support the representative supposedly sent a message to a 'do not call' list and said they would try to have it cleared up in 48 hours.
