The 1950–51 Segunda División season saw 32 teams participate in the second flight Spanish league. Sporting, Atlético Tetuán, Las Palmas and Zaragoza were promoted to Primera División. Girona, Numancia, Ceuta and Albacete were relegated to Tercera División.
