Ali Haider Zaidi (Template:Lang-ur) is a Pakistani politician associated with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. He is currently serving as PTI Central Senior Vice President and he was ex President of Karachi region.[1]

Early life

Political career

In Elections 2013, Zaidi was PTI candidate from NA-252 (Karachi) and NA 208 Jacobabad. Earlier in 2002 Elections he also contested for Sindh Provincial assembly seat Karachi PS 116. Zaidi was inducted in the Central Executive Committee of PTI in 2003.

In 2005, Zaidi was appointed International Coordinator of PTI. In this capacity, he set up the international membership campaign of the party throughout the countries where Pakistani diaspora lives.

In 2014, Zaidi was tasked with fundraising for PTI's Azadi Movement.[2]

Imran Khan Foundation

In October 2005, Zaidi became the Founding President of the Imran Khan Foundation - a philanthropic organization headed by Imran Khan. The foundation has also been extremely active in providing relief to the deprived especially in the time of natural disasters.
