The Pine Bluff School District is the largest school District in the Pine Bluff Metropolitan Statistical Area. With over 5,000 students and 500 administrators. The district has 14 school, however a millage was passed on February 14 2006 to reduce this to 10 schools. This millage gave several million dollars to be used to renovate several of the districts buildings.
