At 246 feet (75 m) tall and 80 miles per hour (130 km/h), it will become the world's tallest and fastest dive coaster. It will also have the most inversions on a dive coaster, four. These records are currently held by Valravn at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio.
Ride experience
After departing the station, Yukon Striker turns 180 degrees right and then begins to ascend the lift (height unknown.) It then turns 90 degrees to the right and begins its drop sequence. Riders are hung over the 90-degree drop for a short period of time and then plunge straight down the 246 feet (75 m) drop and reach the ride's top speed of 80 miles per hour (130 km/h). Similar to its sister coaster, Valravn, it then enters an Immelmann loop. Following the Immelmann, the ride plunges down towards the ground again before entering a zero-g roll. Then, riders enter the only vertical loop on a dive coaster. This is followed by a dive loop and then a mid-course brake run. The car dives down an extremely steep drop, although not 90-degrees, followed by an airtime hill. The ride then proceeds into a leftwards 360-degree helix and then enters its final brake run.
