Rainbow High School is a private, co-educational, inter-denominational school located in Gaborone city, Botswana.[2][3] The school has a Preparatory school, a Primary School and a High School.
History
The school began as a primary school in 1997 with one form, and then in 1998 it opened a high school.[4][5] The school had capacity for 75 students and had only seven teachers at that time. The school now has more than 600 students and more than 50 staff members. There are five laboratories at the school. Some classrooms also have internet connectivity.
Facilities
Apart from conventional classrooms, the building has a hall that seats more than 600 people, a separate gym for fitness training, a spacious library, as well as specialist classrooms for Computer Application Technology, Consumer Studies, music and art.
The computer labs are fully equipped with 24/7 Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line internet availability.
