The Havant Campus of Havant & South Downs College (HSDC) is home to Hampshire’s A Level Centre of Excellence[1]. Located on the site of the former Havant Sixth Form College, this site became part of HSDC following a merger with South Downs College on 1 August 2017.

Admissions

There are 7,500 in total across both Havant & South Downs campuses. This includes approximately 4,200 full time students.

The Havant Campus of HSDC is located walking distance from Havant train and bus stations, making it easily accessible via public transport for students coming from both Hampshire and West Sussex.

Exam results

In 2008, 10 students won places at Oxbridge Universities and 80% of students normally proceed to higher education. [2]

A Level results

A Levels at HSDC are taught at the Havant Campus, with excellent results seen in 2017, a 98% A Level pass rate, and 42% of students achieving high grades of A*-B[3].
