:::::It looks like the list article is fine since no one is now reverting the split, I think the list article should stay. But I am good at tables, I could help start one in this article if you don't know the formatting. In effect the games will be listed in this article in a table and listed with extended detail in the list article. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 17:52, 31 July 2018 (UTC)

Articles related to this series are being discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mystery Case Files: Key to Ravenhearst. Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 08:31, 5 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can you delete the page now that the discussion is over? And I don’t like the term « Run-of-the-Mill » that insulting and prefer the « Ordinary » term that is more respectful. « Run-of-the-mill » is say as prejudice for casual playing (gaming is not a real word) so how can we disscute of the validity of the articles now. 205.236.230.117 (talk)
No consensus mean none of the articles will be deleted. The discussion itself can't be deleted for policy reasons, and I am sure the closing administrator has no prejudice for any type of games. 'Run-of-the-mill' means the same as 'Ordinary' as far as I know. There is no longer a need to debate the deletion, so any further efforts should be in improving the articles themselves. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 18:33, 15 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can we change the quality scale of the article on Start if it's possible? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.236.230.117 (talk) 13:21, 18 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Merging Pages

Can you split the Ravenhearst Unlocked and deleting the page for when more sources for this game will appear? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.10.128.43 (talk) 15:06, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Here some arguments
    1. The game was already in a discussion of deletion, and it have no consensus Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Mystery Case Files: Key to Ravenhearst so the current discussion is useless and have reason and must be merge with the previous one.
    2. Sure is not notable because wikipedia hate the Casual Playing, so for them no casual games are notables and the sources for this kind of game is not reliable. But for the Casual Playing sphere his notability is medium but not great.
    3. I understand that the more recents games are not concidared notables, but the 9 firsts games are totally notables.
    4. There is not notable because the of the prejudice of casual playing in the world.

  • To reply.
  1. New deletion discussions can happen after one has been closed, that is what happened here.
  2. Wikipedia does not hate casual playing.
  3. There are many reliable sources for Mystery Case Files in general, just not enough for an article on every single version.
  4. Some of the games are notable because there are more reliable sources written about them.
  5. It is possible that the world in general is prejudiced against casual playing, Wikipedia cannot help here.

Yes, to make it easier you can work on Draft:Mystery Case Files: Ravenhearst Unlocked and add sources to it. The article can be (re)published via WP:AFC when ready. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 18:33, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, it will make more easier to create an article instead of make war that I don't wont. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.10.128.43 (talk) 18:40, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yes thank you. Since you don't have an account you may not be able to edit the draft immediately due to semi-protection. I have applied for an administrator to unprotect the page, this should happen shortly. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 18:48, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Is there time limit for the draft or we can keep as many time it’s necessary?72.10.128.43 (talk) 23:32, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It can stay forever as long as it is being worked on. This just means it will be deleted if it has not been edited at all by anyone for six months. If that happens then it can be easily undeleted again on request. So drafts are safe. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 23:36, 26 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
And if it happen, how to make the request?72.10.128.43 (talk) 13:42, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Simply make a request at Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion, you can get back almost any deleted draft that way, even if you never edited it. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 14:39, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If the 1st Draft fail, it’s possible to retry?72.10.135.251 (talk) 15:09, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, it can be submitted again. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 15:13, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, Wikipedia can be frustrating at times. I think that in general most casual game franchises are notable, but most individual games are not. It is better perhaps to view a different topic and compare. If these were books then they would not all be notable. Look at the Detective Erlendur series, only 5 books are notable but there are 14 listed and more coming out from this author. Lots of reliable sources write about books, but there are often not enough. Checking there are enough sources is how Wikipedia policy moderates content. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 19:31, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thank To showing me this, it help me to open me the eyes.72.10.135.251 (talk) 02:12, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

List of Games page

Yes, the individual games can be redirected to the list. Good idea. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 15:17, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Also that it will have more than 20 games in the future and it would be better for the game without articles._72.10.135.251 (talk) 15:20, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It does retain useful content well. If you want you can start it at Draft:List of Mystery Case Files games and I can move it to the main area once it has some useful content. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 15:29, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I already create the article, sorry. Frapril (talk) 15:37, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

That is fine. I believe some templates need to be filled out to correctly attribute the copyright of the copied content. But otherwise all is good. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 15:56, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I have moved the spin off games back to this page. I think it will be easier to format the list if it only contains main series games. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 16:05, 30 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Mabye create a list in the kind of List of Bleach video games in the Main Article. It’s more used in playing Than the article list created.72.10.135.251 (talk)+
You want a table? — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 16:44, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If nobody want the List article yes. But what can i do to make a draft and delete the list article?72.10.135.251 (talk) 17:34, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like the list article is fine since no one is now reverting the split, I think the list article should stay. But I am good at tables, I could help start one in this article if you don't know the formatting. In effect the games will be listed in this article in a table and listed with extended detail in the list article. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 17:52, 31 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
