Badalona, Langreo, Racing, Lleida, Badajoz, Europa, Osasuna, Gimnástica Torrelavega, Tenerife, Castellón, Real Jaén, Xerez, Recreativo, Levante, Hércules, Constancia and Atlético Ceuta were relegated to Tercera División.
